Wind Turbine Package

Our Offshore Wind Turbine Package provides comprehensive project management across all phases — from early development and technical requirements to engineering, procurement, construction, and handover to operations. We manage the full lifecycle of the Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA) for fixed and floating projects, ensuring effective interface coordination with foundations and cables, robust contract execution, and seamless collaboration among stakeholders. Interface Management

We ensure seamless coordination between all project packages — including turbines, foundations, cables, and onshore systems — to enable efficient design integration and execution. Through structured interface management processes, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving, we minimize risks, resolve technical challenges, and secure alignment across stakeholders throughout the offshore wind project lifecycle.

Offshore Inspection

We deliver comprehensive offshore inspection services covering wind turbines, foundations, and offshore substations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout installation, commissioning and operation. Through structured inspection planning, detailed reporting, and technical expertise, we identify and resolve issues early, verify contractual and technical requirements, and support efficient project execution and seamless handover to operations.

Operation Transfer Management

Ensuring the seamless transition of the offshore wind farm assets from construction to operations. Focusing on aligning technical, contractual, and operational readiness between project and operations teams — securing asset integrity, documentation completeness, and performance handover. Through proactive coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, Transfer Management enables a smooth and efficient start to the operational phase.

Electrical Package

We provide comprehensive project management of the electrical package scope for offshore wind farms, covering Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) systems in the 36 kV to 232 kV range. This includes oversight of equipment installation, and commissioning. We coordinate across turbine, foundation, substation, and export systems; supervise contractors and suppliers; ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards; and manage documentation, quality assurance, and handover to operations.
